In my role as the UX lead at Noor Inc, I had the exciting opportunity to collaborate on an innovative project with Smartship by SMSA. Smartship was founded with a simple yet powerful idea: to streamline shipping processes for small businesses, ensuring their growth isn't hindered by logistics. Leveraging SMSA's extensive network of retail centers in the Kingdom, Smartship aims to offer competitive prices and efficient delivery services to its customers, ultimately becoming a reliable partner for budding enterprises.

Ideation and Design
Our project focused on designing an intuitive dashboard interface for Smartship, enabling users to seamlessly manage their shipping processes. We embarked on an ideation phase, exploring innovative design elements and interactive features to enhance user engagement. The dashboard design prioritized simplicity and ease of use, with clear visual cues and intuitive navigation guiding users through the booking, shipping, and delivery processes. To further enhance user engagement, we introduced gamification elements to the UI, such as progress bars and achievements. Additionally, we incorporated customization options for packages, allowing users to tailor their shipments to meet specific needs and preferences.

Results
Through collaborative efforts with the Smartship team and iterative design processes, we successfully created a dashboard that exceeded user expectations. The result was a user-friendly, visually appealing, and highly interactive platform that empowered small businesses to manage their shipping processes with ease and efficiency. The introduction of customization options for packages drove user engagement and adoption of Smartship's services, solidifying its position as a reliable shipping partner for budding enterprises in the Kingdom. The project's success demonstrated the power of innovative design and user-centric approaches in enhancing the customer experience and driving business growth.
