In my role as the UX lead at Noor Inc, I spearheaded a captivating and multifaceted project in collaboration with our teams, focused on revitalizing the digital presence of Hyatt Restaurants. With a vast presence comprising over 1350 hotels and all-inclusive properties across 69 countries and six continents, this project presented a unique challenge and opportunity to elevate the user experience on a global scale.

Ideation and Design
Our endeavor began with a deep dive into understanding the diverse needs of Hyatt's guests, leading us to recognize the imperative for a responsive website and a unified user experience across all devices. Our goal was to develop a modular design system capable of efficiently powering all of Hyatt's restaurant websites. This system was designed not only to showcase the distinct personality of each Hyatt brand but also to empower Hyatt staff with easily deployable modules for seamless site building and updates over time. Throughout the UX design process, we employed effective practices to craft wireflows and wireframes, ensuring a fluid and intuitive user journey. Iconography and typography were meticulously selected to contribute to a visually cohesive design system.

Results
The challenge of maintaining consistency across Hyatt's vast and diverse portfolio of properties spurred us to employ meticulous UX practices, ensuring both usability and aesthetic appeal in the digital experience. The project's scope and global reach made it particularly intriguing, emphasizing the need for a design system adaptable to the unique characteristics of each Hyatt brand. Through the strategic use of wireflows, wireframes, iconography, and typography, we successfully crafted a modular and responsive design system tailored to meet the diverse needs of Hyatt Restaurants worldwide.
