In my role as a UX designer, I had the privilege of collaborating closely with the team on a transformative project with Flo, a leading mattress brand committed to delivering comfort and quality to customers across India. Tasked with designing Flo's e-commerce website, I embarked on a mission to enhance the digital shopping experience for users seeking superior sleep solutions while educating them on the importance of a good mattress.
Ideation and Design
Together with the team, I focused on integrating educational elements into the website's UI to help users understand the importance of a good mattress and the differences between various mattress types. Leveraging intuitive design principles and user-centric approaches, we aimed to create a seamless and immersive platform that not only showcased Flo's diverse product range but also served as an educational resource. Through interactive illustrations and clear messaging, we effectively communicated the benefits of different mattresses, guiding users toward informed purchasing decisions. Every aspect of the website's design was meticulously crafted to prioritize ease of navigation, product discovery, and educational content, ensuring a holistic and enriching shopping experience.
